1. Fix Issue where BIOS can't detect batteries if install a SMBUS
Fail battery first.
2. Fix Issue where physical presence screen appears twice when PPI
request 0x0a is requested.

1. Added support for newer Intel processors.
2. Update unsupported/unknown AC Adpator message.
3. Update battety warning message.
4. Update Computrace ROM 845 for support Vista.
5. Enhance multiply express cards support on vista.
6. Thermal control enhancement.
